An overview of overlay classes

Available with Spatial Analyst license.

Weighted overlay objects define the reclassification that will be used to put diverse or dissimilar input rasters into a common scale of values and the weights to be applied to perform an integrated analysis. The input rasters are reclassified or weighted by importance and added together to produce an output raster.
